The idea is to get a Club Callsign for Sweden for OARC, and have a representation in Sweden.

===== Notes and Ideas =====

  * Had a short chat with the SM callsign manager.
    * He told me we need to have 2 meetings
    * one yearly where we elect chairman etc (This might not be needed due to our unique CR system - talking to SM6JSM about this)
    * and one where we decide to get a club call (This could possibly be a vote in #ideas)
    * members can live wherever
      * but the club address must be in Sweden
  * Constitution should more or less match the main one
    * Callsign holder?
    * Definition of member?
      * Either listed on this page
      * Or all OARC members by default?
  * Callsign options?
    * Callsigns start with SK
    * Digit will be 0
    * If SK#XX is claimed, no matter what number we put in #, it’s invalid
      * For example, SK7RC exists, we cannot have SK0RC

    * Query ”Sök Call”: ”SK*##” where ## are two letters
