Internally: Feel free to use #community-connect South East England meetups thread on Discord to coordinate around the meetup - ride-shares, gear swaps, whatever. Use the opportunity.
Externally: mention McMichael and OARC, and talk about the Meetup, in your wider radio dialogue in the runup to the event - local club nets & meetings, QSOs, social media posts. Creating some buzz about the Rally and the Community will help both out, and might just bring in a few new OARC members (and encourage existing ones to join us at McMichael - the more the merrier).
