3 days before | Send an email blast to the radio club's mailing list, promoting the event and providing details on how to access the live stream on YouTube and Zoom. |
2 days before | Remind people about the event in the days leading up to it, through social media, email, and online forums. |
Day of event | Set up a landing page on the radio club's website that provides details on the event, including the date, time, title, and a link to the live stream on YouTube. |
Day of event | During the event, engage with the audience by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and promoting the radio club and its members. |
Day after event | Share a recording of the live stream on social media and on the radio club's website, so that people who missed the live event can still watch it later. |
Ongoing | Encourage people to join the radio club's Discord server to get access to the Zoom meeting and future events. |
