The idea is to get a Club Callsign for Sweden for OARC, and have a representation in Sweden.

• Had a short chat with the SM callsign manager.
  • He told me we need to have 2 meetings
  • one yearly where we elect chairman etc (This might not be needed due to our unique CR system - talking to SM6JSM about this)
  • and one where we decide to get a club call (This could possibly be a vote in #ideas)
  • members can live wherever
    • but the club address must be in Sweden
• Constitution should more or less match the main one
  • Callsign holder?
  • Definition of member?
    • Either listed on this page
    • Or all OARC members by default?
